The Easy Accents Add-on transmits the email address of the current Google user to a licensing server in order to determine the license status.

Any user who purchases a license will have their email address and or domain stored in a secured database in order to verify license status.

The end users public IP address is stored in an access log during the verification process, and is maintained in the web-server access/error logs for a period of no greater than 90 days.

No other information is transmitted and or shared from the end user's Google Account.

How we use this data

The users email address is transmitted over a secure connection to a licensing server in order to verify if the individual email address and or domain is licensed for the "Premium" version of the Easy Accents Add-on. This communication is secured using industry standard SSL encryption. The verification information and public IP address of the end user is stored in a web-server access log that is available to the developer for troubleshooting purposes for no more than 90 days.

How we share this data

• We do not share this data with any third party unless required by law.

We DO NOT and WILL NOT

• Sell your email address or domain information.

• Use any email address or user account information for marketing or advertising purposes.

We DO

• Retain this information in log files for no greater than 90 days in order to determine service reliability and troubleshooting.

• Store the email address and or domain names for licensed users in a secured database for license verification purposes.

We MAY

Education Domains:

• Use school name / organization name / domain name for internal marketing, usage research, and feature enhancement notifications.

Any school / organization may opt out by completing this form.

The Easy Accents add-on is provided "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

3. Limitations

In no event shall the Easy Accents developer(s) be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the Easy Accents add-on, even if Easy Accents or a Easy Accents authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

4. Add-on Terms of Service Modifications

The Easy Accents developer(s) may revise these terms of use for its add-on at any time without notice. By using this add-on you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
